FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS
Can we ask for a package that isn't listed in your Info Pack?

Yes of course! We have a few music packages that we know work really well, but we are always happy to work with our couples and tailor our packages to what you require.

Do you learn songs that are requested by the couple?
Absolutely! We want this day to be everything you want and more. For the ceremony, typically couples will have specific song requests for: walking down the aisle, signing the register and the wedding recessional. For the reception, the first dance and father/daughter dance. And of course, if there are any other requests we will always do our best to accommodate. We usually ask for these songs 3-4 weeks in advance.

Will you play music in between your live sets?

Yes, we have Spotify playlists that we play during our breaks. Of course if you would like us to play your own specifically compiled playlists we are happy to do so!
What style of music do you play?

We cover a range of new hits and old school classics.
Let us know if you have a favourite artist or style, so we can do our best to tailor our sets to your taste.

We don't have power access for our outdoor ceremony, is that a problem?

Not problem at all. We have a fantastic battery operated system for this reason exactly!

Do you have a microphone we can use for speeches?

Yes - we have a wireless microphone perfect for your speeches.

Do you travel to different locations?
We are based on the Gold Coast, but we will travel far and wide. Most commonly our weddings are located between Byron Bay, Tweed Coast & Valley, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Toowoomba and Sunshine Coast & Hinterland. There is a small additional travel fee per musician for any locations that are greater than 60 minutes away from the Gold Coast, to cover travel time, petrol and expenses.

THINGS TO
CONSIDER
Vendor meals

Any bookings with a length of 4.5 hours or more will require a meal for each musician booked.

Wet weather plan

All of our gear is incredibly precious and electrical or wooden (instruments), and cannot get wet. Not only can it become a hazard, we also need to ensure our gear is in immaculate working condition for every couple and event. Therefore whether it is sprinkling or bucketing down with rain, it is important that we are under cover. It's a good idea to check with your venue to find out where we can be located in your wet weather plan.

Moving locations during your event

Please let us know if we will be required to move our set up at any point of the day (between ceremony / canapés / reception) as we need to allow enough time to do so - usually about 20 minutes. We will time this within your run sheet and make sure you are aware of when we plan to make the move. It is also a good idea to check with the venue if they have a house system that can fill in that time with playlist music while we unplug our system and move to the next location.
